Who We Are
My name is Anastasiya. I have had a neurological disorder called Misophonia from the very early age, and, yet, I did not even know that it was a disorder until March 2, 2018.
It has been a very challenging journey with lots of setback, meltdowns, panic attacks and down moments, but today I am proud to say that I have learned how to manage this disorder, its triggers and my reactions to the best of my ability.
I believe that where I am today is not the limit, and I am committed to experiment more and lay success foundation for many others living with Misophonia. So if you are reading this now, you are not alone. And it does get better
I live my life to the fullest and want to share with other people battling Misophonia all tools, resources, and tips that help me. I want to be an example of someone with this horrible disorder, which, on one hand, robs me of so many experiences in my life, but on the other, gives me an opportunity to grow in every area.
I have a strong passion for improving outcomes.
Always Learning, Always Being, Always Doing, Always Communicating
